The Brand Scan is a non-invasive diagnostic that determines your current employment brand and then provides comprehensive recommendations on how to change, better position and leverage that brand on your career site and job boards.
This process is deployed to analyze the key elements of your current branding efforts. We review your corporate website, job boards and conduct an internet search to evaluate your current employment brand. You will receive recommendations on what is working well on your career site, what opportunities exist and where you can make a quick fix that will have the biggest impact.
This is not a collection of information that will leave you with reams of data to sort through and develop a plan. The Brand Scan provides a comprehensive report that prioritizes the steps to follow to enhance or augment your current employment branding efforts.
